charting and uranium being purchased by china

WHE seems to be set for a break out to higher prices, see short term chart. Longer term shows at resistance however if breaks through that today or soon; much higher prices eg .4-.6 could easily be reached.

Uranium is apparently being purchased by China for Energy thus the recent new interest in these stocks.
