If 4% returns at the local bank account make people warm and fuzzy, the the "cash is king" carp has merit.
Im happy to follow the Queen instead.
See even that was market noise, enough lemons and sheep believe it and they go cash, then realise thats a very short term solution to any investment roadmap.
Those that take risks, educated and otherwise, go against the grain,... are the ones that make the returns we would consider reasoable to good.
