Just looking at the share price of CREC (code LL on the TSX).
Was last 4c around April 2020. Then spent much of the year around 5-6c.
The last month and a half, very solidly at 8-10c and just in the last week has moved into the low teens for the first time, with opens and highs in the mid-teens.
At just a basic numbers level, at 4c for 12.3% of the company seems like a pretty good deal.
Will be interesting to see if this arrangement indeed moves ahead in the coming 3 weeks.
