I won't be buying OEL ahead of the rights issue success or failure becoming apparent (due to massive risk IMO).
I would consider buying OEL at up to around 8-9c if the rights issue is well subscribed (by that I mean at least the underwritten portion is subscribed - i.e. Euroz take no stock as underwriters).
If (in addition to the above) some substantial changes at board and senior management levels were made I would consider a substantial investment.
That is my theory on investment in OEL...
My prediction... is that the rights issue will flop and knowing the state of the company that means the end for OEL.
I will stick to the 3 month prediction.
