All were passed. Read the results of the gm. If you had 100k of shares you now have 10k. 10k valued at around 46 cents each. Do you think they will move up or down from 46 cents? My prediction is that these will now fall slowly to around 20 censt , maybe less, enabling them to raise easy finance with a base of only 60mil shares.
