This is absolutely ridiculous.
Karl holds 90mns shs and Peter holds 78mn shs.
So a 1 cent price rise increases the value of their holdings by $900k and $780k respectively. 10c is $9m and $7.8m MTM - holdings which they could easily borrow against from any major private banking service.
So to say they’re keeping share prices low intentionally to keep earning higher than ideal annual salary and total comp packages is way off the mark.
The reason the price is where it is is because they have burned a great deal of trust and goodwill.
The reason I’m still in is because they would have to do a spectacularly amazing job to mess up from here given the sharp jump in focus on the space and massive tail-winds they will receive.
100% that we should feel upset by what has happened historically. But I leave today pretty confident that the bear days of LVT are ahead of it and there should be some pretty impressive growth coming in the next 12-24mo.
