    I have two views on this. One is, they must be expecting the SP to move upwards fairly quickly to a point where exercising them is a rational proposition. Otherwise, they're missing out on useful funds. The other is, why don't they extend the cut off date say six months down the track, and make sure they get extra money in the kitty?
