I met with & hired lawyers
The lawyers discovered the directors all have PI insurance of $10M each - Newstead, Malazzo, Griffiths, Debbie, all of them.
I called out bad behavious on here and was suspended for 4 years!
I relied on company releases and statements, my ramping was based on their statements & releases.
So relying on company statements is apparently improper & to be abused for?!

No you are the one who has surrendered and blames the investing victims for the actions of the controlling perpetrators.
Atlantic Nickel now booming at 100% margins, strong production, 100 workers again with 36 year LOM and more drill hits!
BRL now even lower & NP now higher.
Amazing phoenix recovery when they said it was worthless 4 years ago.

You got it the wrong way around.
The investor victims are NOT the perpetrators in charge. Who was in charge? Who made these public statements to the ASX & to investors?
Who told us MBN was safe and stable & financially responsibie with sufficient iiquidity with $12M cash at bank in July 2015?
