Spin all they like, this sandwich maker is not happy.
Try getting a new machine out of them at the moment, they are too busy, try contacting anyone at Tyro.
They are doing massive brand damage to themselves.
For many businesses this is a case of cheaper ending up more expensive. The sad thing is they are making it harder for other small players that might try to take on our big profitable, slow and lazy banks in some respect.
Many people, myself included will remember this episode and just stick with the big banks in future.
