i agree with you doggy and have for some time.

my argument is make changes but lets stagger them so nothing that is currently in progress gets disrupted. we know the major upside for existing board comes from their equity stakes - they can keep those.

lets transition the board - first of all JF and MO - yes go. AS plays a strategic part - let him lead till AGM and get anixter across the line.

i agree salaries and expenses are too high - just seems bizzare thats its only now that the sh9t is hitting the fan and hopefully next year the these will not matter when we hit critical mass.

capital probably will be needed and thats why maybe an addition to the board in the interim is required.

hopefully all the parties can liaise and come to some comprimise.

the white knight could play a part - no issues with that, just not sure if everyone who has been roped in, understand what role they will play.

i am presuming that most in TZL have mainly a one horse (stock) race - i cannot afford for TZL to fail and its technology is so compelling, it should not - lets hope those driving change can see this.
