"the biggest hurdle", I would suggest, is the one faced by the Liberals/Nationals coalition opposition in convincing the public that they deserve to be back on the treasury bench.

Hi mistyrains. Must agree with the above sentiment. While the Opposition remains in denial of their poor standing they have no hope of turning things around. A similar denial seems to exist among the Oppositions supporters on this forum. They simply cant bring themselves to acknowledge the governments excellant standing versus the oppositions extremely poor showing. They oppose just about anything to do with the government and ridicule all its policies and are very unflattering of the PM and his Ministers. This flies in the face of the fact that the vast majority of people support the government and in particular the Prime Minister. The more the libs ridicule the PM the more popular he becomes and the libs simply cannot see that their dirt tactics are failing miserably. They have tried all the mud they can manufacture but the electorate sees through their silly tactics and the mud simply flies back to the Opposition source. What do these tactics achieve? A hammering of the Opposition by the electorate in the polls. Just my thoughts.

Cheers and once again good night.
