1. UCL currently have 1.050 billion shares on issue. (Options are well out of the money).
2. UCL have not disclosed the deal with the new investor but for me (see UCL thread), it will be 1 billion shares at 0.4 cents a share.
3. That means UCL will have 2 billion shares on issue.
4. BON holders received 1.7 billion UCL shares.
5. Is share price could reach 5 cents with 50% debt financing, another 1 billion shares for 100M capex.
UCL would have 5 billion shares on issue.
