Protracted and with many a law suit flying. It might even outdo the hue and cry over Storm Financial.

The losers will be the shareholders and growers...in fact there will only be two winners...perhaps three.

(1) The liquidator - fees for years
(2) The legal fraternity - get set to see legal action against accounting firms and tax advisors as tax scheme participants look to put the blame elsewhere for their losses.

The potential third winner is the company that comes along and buys the assets at, as one other poster called it, "give away to a good home" prices.
