You are missing the point Eagle.The Coalition knows that the ALP is more popular at present.Who wouldn't be,throwing money around in gay abandon.The coalition can see that he is building a 4 foot levy for a 5 foot flood,and it will work great right up to nearly 4 foot,then what.Unfortunately we, including myself ,will have to wear more short term pain if we are going to avoid a real disaster down the track.America will have to let some of the more irrational banks go .All cannot be saved,and trying to will drag down some of the more responsible ones that are sorely needed.All political parties could use less opportunists and a few more statesmen,the problem is the ALP is enamoured with their idiots,but the coalition is not,and are not backing Turnbull as they should.They also suffer from "me now" syndrome.
