if the 2 plants were a slam dunk i fail to see why the plan should change. get the first 2 running was always the company strategy. any change to this sets off alarm bells. maybe 2 plants didnt stack up afterall . as they are now committed to additional output who will pay for this. this announcement raises more questions than it solves.maybe another podcast?
