    The New Seacleam 1 well that BPH drilled in PEP 11 in 2010 was a duster;

    "Gas was found neither in its primary targets, the Great White and Marlin prospects, nor the deeper secondary well objective".

    Borba has producing gas fields right next to it and all around it
