"In the event that we are not able to secure the rig to drill before end June, MIN (on behalf of the JV) will approach DMIRS to request an extension to the lease. Typically DMIRS approve such requests, as long as the JV is acting in good faith to get the drilling completed at the earliest opportunity (e.g. DMIRS would not expect us to bring a separate rig in, with the additional associated mobilisation/demobilisation cost of $4mm)."
