Can you please explain how I'm being overly negative and "downramping"?

I'd suggest downramping is usually, "this company is useless, the board should be fired, everyone should sell, they will never make money, they will get delisted."

I've just raised some concerns about dilution, and the timeline of upcoming news (and revenue) and said my opinion that the market cap may currently be a bit ahead of itself.

I don't think they're highly critical opinions or me trying to steer an opinion negatively. If you can't accept hearing opinions like that, maybe it's insecurity of your own holdings...
