G'day again,
I'm not sure if we are at cross intents here. The question from besttime60 as II understood was in relation to issues with changing t'tee name on assets, when a member dies.
My 'twist' was the scenario: two members as trustees, one member dies and assets are retained by fund as reversionary pension. The deceased trustees executor would stand in the place of the deceased member initially, as I understand it. The trustees names (and thus the names on asset titles) would need to change when the executor effectively 'withdraws' from involvement in the fund.
Is there a timeframe for this to happen, or do I have things 'A-about'?
Cheers, Lindso.
