So, based on your comment, you've a back ground in biology and think EX1 has pick of the crop as far as IP and patents go.
Have you found in the public domain a description of the LOAD patent (pending perhaps) then?
I've found who I consider to be the author/inventor (Juliane Nguyen) and some of her other papers but not the actual patent pending yet. There's even some short youtube vid(s) by her on EXO-Codes.
To me it is not surprising that Ex1 is coming back down - it got ahead of itself - even good companies can go that. But so do bad ones.
When I was younger I did some research into Henry Ford in a law library and found that there had been multiple Ford motor companies. Apparently old Henry who really was a genius with a great idea about replaceable parts and news ways of manufacturing took several rounds of incorporation and several sets of shareholders funds to have his genius discovered and demonstrated. The shareholders that were in on the first and second attempt too heavy on old (actually younger) Henry probably weren't around with as much cash on his later (better) attempts.
Still interested to see the text of the LOAD patent pending from anyone that can source it.
