SA did go through dramas with COVID so it's not too surprising that there are delays.
Short term P&D money being sold today, I'd expect it to return closer to 2nd week of Feb for another anticipated jump.
Might be the last opportunity to grab some down at these levels before the fated announcement. I personally would wait until end of next thursday if you were looking for more, I doubt the announcement would come that quick and I bet there will short term punters buying back in by the following week.
