ASIC has considered the information and documents you provided and we have conducted our own confidential enquiries. After careful consideration, ASIC has determined not to take any further action in relation to your concerns at this time.

ASIC assesses every report of misconduct we receive, in order to ascertain whether there has been conduct in contravention of the legislation that we administer. ASIC does not act on behalf of individuals, but we must consider whether the available evidence is sufficient as the basis for civil or criminal proceedings. We also consider whether any further action would have any regulatory impact by deterring similar conduct or provide a suitable remedy for the conduct in question.

Dear All,

This is a limp wristed response and totally unacceptable. You mean to tell me that other junior companies on the ASX could pull such a stunt in future and simply waltz off into a Mongolian sunset without having to answer to anyone, least of all shareholders? That is utterly pathetic.

Who wrote this response?

If a group of you feel you have enough chronological information, and solid 'evidence' of the alleged misconduct, why not approach the media with the story? The Australian investor community need to be made aware of such stories.

And one thing about wolves, they are relentless in a pursuit. If the media run it, ASX will HAVE to do something. This needs to be escalated, Aussies are not quitters. Good luck.
