Keep in mind Starlink is being designed primarily to serve purpose as a Martian (i.e PLANET MARS) global communications network... for when human colonization expands in the next two decades. Its in Earth orbit effectively as a proof of concept...

Fixed Wireless Tech such as what Pentanet are pushing out is the future for the next 10-15 years and beyond for primary communications on Earth.
