looks as though it’s trying to break out the past couple of days on higher volume but perhaps the shorts are holding it down to prevent a chart breakout.
will be interesting price action to watch over next few days.
given the China softening of rhetoric and more conciliatory tone on trade I don’t think we will see salmon bans.
not much in the way of short term downside risk for upcoming g results other than the lower salmon global market prices which are more than priced in.
I think this is a strong hold on fundamentals with more upside than downside beta and a healthy yield even if the sp is flat. i Wouldn’t go overweight but am equal weighted to slightly underweight. It always pays to take notice of the shorts and be cautious as they must have a strong thesis, but if it doesn’t play out they will have to start slowly and carefully exiting without wanting to trigger a run on the sp.
