Learn from this experience as everyone has to start from somewhere.
Fundamental rules of trading:
Never put more than 10% of your money in one stock
Try and stick to 3rd in property 3rd in shares 3rd in cash/bonds
If it sounds to good to be true don't invest in it.
The older you get the less you should invest in shares
100 less your age is always the maximum % you should invest in shares.
Always air on the caucious side.
I was looking to buy a property today off the plan in Sydney and the sellers are from Singapore and were Mr and Mrs Dikshit.....now call me stupid it was a good price but i walked away from the deal based on their name.
Anyway pls got hammered today so bought back in on the close.
