I didn’t know that DOU was giving credit terms to the consumers... that is fraught with even more issues giving people who are using the app to help them budget who don’t have the best money management credit terms.

Most companies if not all when dealing with the general public use the old call girl principal of the person paying upfront and then get the service unless there is a usage cost such as mobile phones. This can apply to YouTube, eBay, Kayo, Airtasker, Apple Music, Dropbox storage etc etc.

So how good is the credit checks and identity checks so if the individuals don’t pay on a post pay service which seems weird given there isn’t a usage factor.
