Excuse me if I repeat observations made by other posters, but I just can't read through all the preceding posts.

I had a big b*tch a few years back about the board and their willingness to vote themselves bonuses when the share price had fallen to 70c and the approval process in the US had gone off the rails because of poor management.

Thing is the company will go absolutely nowhere if anyone on the current board is retained. I would love to participate in a capital raising if I thought my money was not going to pay for the bonuses these nincompoots will get when they leave!
It makes me SO MAD!!! Perfectly good company, in the hands of completely arrogant nincompoots.

Now if Dr John Woodard (the inventor) was allowed to select his own board THAT would be a different story.

FWIW if the incumbent board had any shame whatsoever they would all agree to reimburse us their last annual fees and walk away without any golden parachute.

Who will throw their support behind Dr John?
