Afterpay is a highly centralised autocratic organisation, until they master the art of team building there won’t be much innovation. They have contributed a lot to the BNPL sector but they never tried to create a moat for long term success. I say it again innovation is the only way to keep on attracting growth because the relevance of a vanilla pay in four model may start fading away. Businesses need a moat to deliver continuous growth!!
