The difference is you chase as much or as little work as you want.
You do the hard yards and you can earn as much as you want.
Try digging holes, rain pelting down and boots weighing more that 20Kgs each. Cement going into your pores and wind smacking you around.
I was in IT before, systems analyst.
Would never go back, the buck is better in my current occupation.
