Also, in light of what you say about the dear ol' Cap'n, I suggest you read a few comments re him on the QPM threads to temper your thoughts.
For those unaware of the root cause of CS's issues with OEL, it actually relates to a particular Director who was with another Co. (not QPM) at the time the Cap'n was relieved of a small fortune during the shrivelling of that Co.
