If this is about fundraising, and I'm sure it is, then the ball is in Richards negotiating court. Fund raisers have him and other shareholders by the proverbials.
Remember options will only be exercised if the stock is in the money and these cappers will keep the shares out of the money until they get their way.
I think the ball is Richards court and he may be sweating on how long he can hold out. If this is the case he will fold quickley to get his additional cap. Company options in the money ($millions in the bank) and his options safely converted.
If this is about fundraising and the price the fund providers are getting their shares at then lets get on with it and let GDN realise the price it should be.
