I was fairly reserved for words in previous emails I have sent but I have sent 2 emails now without receiving a response. I have mentioned extremely valid questions that are on all of our minds at the moment.

I have held onto this stock the longest out of all stock that I hold because I believe in the resource however I've just about reached the tipping point now with management where I'm contemplating selling.

Hi,

I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication to the market regarding announcement worthy communication.

Why was the deferral of the San Antonio payment which was due in a few months from now not announced? This would have required another huge chunk of money that is very tight and allocated to expanding the Cortadera resource at the moment, it is an extremely positive thing that more capital (no shares issued) doesn't need to be raised in the near future to purchase this asset.

HCH constantly mentions that production is ramped up at Productora yet no mention is made of actual cash in hand from the deal and financials in the 4C don't show income either. All shareholders should be entitled to this information.

Why did HCH raise capital literally days after an interview from Christian mentioning a capital raise was months away? I understand shit happens but the market was not informed at all for the reasoning behind this.

Why were the first CRPxxxx holes Cortadera North put in a spot where you stated in communications to another individual and in an interview you didn't think were the best places to start?

On top of that, why did you not respond to my previous email asking for an explanation of why you didn't release those assays to the market? 

Those holes were mentioned in the 4C yet no actual results were announced, I believe this is gross mismanagement with funds that were provided from stock holders.

We have a near Tier 1 asset in a Tier 1 jurisdiction with apparent cashflow from a local government agency, no contamination to the deposit and water rights granted. Management is constantly promising things that aren't delivered at all or over hyped and under delivered. The market is well aware of this.

Shareholders are fed up with the lack of information and transparency from management and the share price reflects this.

I'm obviously not expecting market sensitive information in response to this email but ALOT of people I know and on Hot Copper forums share the same concerns as me at the moment and it would look even worse if you do not respond to this email.
