From my quick read of the annc Normandy is a holding company for RXR so RXR now has in effect 40%?
Can anyone explain what the annc is all about?
Also, to me it seems to be a play for control or possible takeover?
If it is a play for control I feel it will not be good as they may simply strip RNY of the good assets and then let what remains fail.
Some insight from those that follow would be good.
