I feel if they thought financing was indeed close, then they would not be taking on another project. So from that perspective I am a bit unsettled.
On the other hand, it may be distressed sale of an obviously high value project and too good to pass up? Even a signal of the broader ORN vision to become a major player in base metals in SA? I am curious to see how they spin it and whether the market buys it.
