Once Directors convert their 15 mill options = $3mill in the kitty before 30 June 20009 options.

If we have a speculated rogue operator I am sure the Directors would know this and with that I again am sure that they would be looking at all possible alternatives.

At the end of the day GDN only need the SP to trade 25c plus and the directors conversion therefore negates the need to raise further capital.

I am sure there are legal measures and possible injunctions that can be sought.

Totally doubt the market is going to be negative should Directors be selling off now to position themselves to be able to convert their options or a proportion of their options to cover capital required.
