This is absolutely correct. Additionally, they are building a rail spur and processing a 7% feed. We are on the highway and processing a 33%+ feed. We need significantly less (or smaller) leach tanks and pumps. The indirects look to be bribes or "permit fees". Very strange that they are so high. Powerplant would be owned by Alinta or other. Quite cheap these days to build solar, battery with gas backup.
