The other side of the 'panic selling' coin is 'opportunistic buying'. I've indulged myself in a few shares that I've been eyeing off for a while. I actually thought we might have had a panic sell down to 14.5c in EXR today so I put in my opportunistic bid.
As always seems to happen with EXR, my bid seems to be the bottom of the run and I missed out. It never ceases to amaze me what people will sell their shares for when panicking.
