The above short paragraph from todays announcement sums up this companies philosophy pretty succinctly.
Pretty darn good results today even if they are very preliminary and are simple rock chip samples.
Having a very prospective lease in world class gold and precious metal producing ground this is no surprise and some of the grading is looking very strong.
The widespread looking nature of the copper is also very encouraging I'm not just interested in the gold potential.
Very early but I would much rather have results like this that low grade chip samples with just one precious metal showing.
Hawkstone possibly having more than one lease with commercial potential may offer pathways to sell off one or part of one down the track to develop the other without greater shareholder dilution.
To put simply sell one or part of one gold project to fund the lithium for example.
Though with the massive interest in onshore US lithium at the moment Im quite sure there would be ample private and government interest in co funding a commercial US lithium asset moving forward.
These are really good results for rock chips. If these had just been reported from the Frazer Range in WA or the Tanami desert the share price would have doubled, these really are better than average.
The market malaise today has absorbed some of the impact of this very strong announcement but the market like any given stock can't be up every day.
The doubters will say "they are only rock chips"....and they have a point.
Still if you are going to have rock chips (which is where everyone starts) well I would take mine just the way they have been delivered today every day of the week thanks..
The abundant pathfinder minerals being found with the gold in these samples is a very good indication this may signs of a commercial discovery IMO.
But the drill rigs will prove that come drilling season which has to be their spring (when all the bears come out and are hungry)! Ha ha!.
