A question for you clever people (which excludes me).

MLS's tenements expiry dates are close to expire.
Also some of them, some gold tenements have past their expiry date (2020).

Question 1, does this mean you and I , or anyone, can now claim those tenements ?

Been going over the graphite grades from the twelve successful drill holes from Lac Rainy tenements.
This company should be pleased with these results, wish they would extract the finger.

On the gold, remembering these are only "grab" samples, one claim is;
8.3 km strike length (by 1.8 metres wide) and 12 metres @ 11.54 g/t.

Question 2, how can they possibly tell from rock chip samples the above readings ?
Sounds like wishful thinking to me, and a hell of a lot of wishful thinking.
