My read suggests that the problem does not relate to the flow from the HFR source but is the result of the heat from the pipe migrating to a surrounding aquifer creating superheated water coming to the surface surrounding the casing.
If this is the case the integrity of H#3 is not compromised but the extraneous steam needs to be managed.
It may be as simple as to bleed it away from the well head to a suitable disposal area.
I hope that it is as simple as this.
