When you look at the two previous oil acquisitions they were on a 1/3rd - 2/3rd basis so if there is no farminee and its done on the same basis as the recent acquisitions that would mean SGC to raise AU$4m and XST AU$2m.
Lets hope that's the case as I could see a rerating just on the increased percentages of Borba The Beast
