i'm no chartist but we have had 2 cracks at 23 and failed bothe times, the second time hitting a higher low, i believe the chartists reckon that its usally 3rd time lucky right? (or if in the case it doesnt break through resistance) well then back to lows, but lets not think about that scenario lol
