I don't think I would go as far as saying Brad needs to go but you're entitled to your opinion.

In regards to new merchants, I would have to agree. Surely there are KPI's and targets to be met when it comes to signing new merchants. It's a concern that we haven't seen a lot more big names sign on to use SPT especially with the Stripe on boarding now live.

What confuses me most is that SPT's model is COMPLEMENTARY to the other BNPL players (Z1P, APT, Affirm, Klarna etc) yet there are so many merchants that offer ALL those BNPL players and NO credit card instalment option (Splitit).

I just had a look at Afterpay's social media and they are posting 1-2 times a day whereas SPT on the other hand are posting ~ once a week.

    1. They could be doing more to explain the Splitit process (something that most of the negative TrustPilot reviews are about) across all channels.
    2. They could be doing more collaboration with merchants (I.e. Canyon just released their new models of their biggest bikes and there was NO post to say "Use Splitit to by the new Canyon Aeroad")
    3. They could be doing more to get merchants posting about using Splitit
    4. They could be doing more to find out what merchants customers want to see Splitit partner with
    5. They could be doing more to get more publicity around how SPT is a BNPL that improves financial wellbeing as opposed to other BNPL

I notice Gil Levy has been VP of Global Marketing since FEB 2019 so it's not like they haven't had any resources in this field.

I'm not asking management to tell us about confidential information or back-end partnerships. I simply want to see more activity from the company to show that they are doing everything they can to become known to as many potential customers as possible.

It can be the best BNPL product in the world, but if people don't know about it then it's useless.

    VM
