I sympathise with all who lost money in this disgrace. I too lost a significant amount of money and have registered with PA. Why has the Australian financial media not gone after this debacle?The audacity of directors to congratulate themselves for the recapitalisation that has robbed every gshareholder is amazing. This must be pursued and I for one will do anything required to pursue the class action. The pure fact that the company could not provide accurate financial statements - resulting in suspension and thus denying shareholders of their right to dispose of shares - is negligence and mismanagement of the highest order
