    ....there are 2 reasons to do so:

    1. Support the company to avoid an additional capital raise
    2. De-Risk the position by converting the options and selling the amount of shares converted

    Hopefully this blackout period ends soon, otherwise we go directly to the share price level were we have been in September 2020.
