Stockbroker Taylor Collison has locked in investors to tip as much as $30 million into ASX-listed Core Lithium.
With its shares in a halt following Street Talk’s report of a looming equity raising, Core Lithium had its brokers pitching the deal to Australian and offshore institutions on Monday.
By day’s end, it is understood Core Lithium and its broker were staring at a $30 million placement at 25¢ a share.
New shares were expected to be accompanied by one-for-two option, exercisable at 45¢ within two years, broker sources said.
The raising is expected to be finalised on Tuesday.
