There Sk building a third battery factory in Hungary another 1.2 billion. What's that, battery plants been built in Georgia, Hungary, China, Korea looking at 125 giga what hours. That sounds like 15 times the size of Sconi.
Sk obviously know all the goings on with Auz and Sconi, been involved in due diligence with Auz and had an eye on them for at least 3 years.
With the producing of P-cam for nickel cobalt manganese batteries Sk might be ready and willing to put money in this time, with prepayments, loans or equity investment. They have spent near 7 billion ?? building their what 8 battery factors ??why not spend a few 100 million to have a secure supply chain, carbon friendly in a safe jurisdiction.
Sk batteries are NCM 811 exactly the output sconi will be producing.
Once Sk and LG Chem sought out there legal dispute on feb 10 we might be seeing a nice surprise.
