Maybe he really liked StarCity? on a serious note, what is StarCity...is it a leased club on the premises? The Facebook page makes it look shady but I'm sure it would really bring some punters in. Has management ever thought of taking over the club or is better having an asset like that at arms length, collecting rent and providing services to high rollers?
