As someone runs a small IT consulting business, It is my opinion that the names of the FI's will not be disclosed until the soft launch (pilot) has been successfully completed. This gives all opportunities to remain anonymous in the event of a pilot failure.

Giiven they they are targeting CY Q2 (i.e. April - June), this gives them 2 months (February and March) to successfully execute the soft launch. I believe they will then spend 4 weeks (April) implementing fixes, prior to wider deployment.
Therefore, my interpretation of a CY Q2 broad rollout = a significant ann (partners) between April 30 - May 28. I would be hoping for some incremental updates throughout the soft launch, but any announcements during this period will only be in relation to how the soft launch is progressing.

IT projects are notoriously difficult, and often come with delays, particularly during production pilots. That being said, IOU have done a very good job with meeting critical milestones thus far.
