Do we think that RentPay has agencies ready to use this in anger? Could that be the reason for the large investment? He knows that there will be agencies ready to sign up when it hits the streets? Or could he just have faith that this will convince a lot of private landlords to use this platform instead of an agency?
Hopefully Slattery can give management some Guidance, because i feel like they've been way to slow to enter this market (RentPay). It can only help to have some well respected Technology entrepreneurs in their ears.
